I am proud to offer worldwide shipping options to customers around the globe. All orders are processed and dispatched within approximately 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once the item is shipped, the method and condition of delivery is beyond my control. As a small business, I do not personally cover the cost of damages or loss incurred during transit. However, I will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to seek possible reimbursement.

I take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Additionally, I provide shipping insurance on all packages to safeguard your purchase. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work together to swiftly try to resolve the issue through the shipping company.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy:

At Haleys Pottery, I stand behind the quality of my work. Due to the unique nature of my small business, I operate with a zero return policy making all sales final. I believe in providing accurate descriptions and images to assist you in making informed purchasing decisions.

If you need to cancel or adjust an order, you must do so before the item is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, I am unable to make changes from my end. Please contact me as soon as possible if you require any modifications to your order.
